When you say "all their HR Processes", what do you really mean? That could be a very large umbrella of things or just "org management and recruiting". Also, in that analysis, consider all the "touch points" (ie. integration)...such as where HR data "meets" other modules (like Finance).....what are your needs there and does each product meet those needs? If not, what is involved (good ol "time and money") to make it happen?
