Hi,
below is the output of the query which am getting for a ref_num 152. my requirement is against each activity of ref_num, would need to calculate time duration.
For ex: Time difference between first and second activity is 1 min 30 secs. i need that column that column to be appeared as parallel against each activity.
Note: sorry if am bothering much, since i need to submit data to customer on this basis.please help.
