WBS in location tab as mandatory field...

Hi,

Can some one please check following things in respective system

1 -> If WBS element field is made mandatory at location data tab, does system allow to save order without entering wbs element?

2 -> What is standard check box checked in formula key SAP008  ( Config Node --> Plant Maintenance and Customer Service--Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Task Lists and PRTs--Production Resources/Tools--Formulas--Configure Formula Definition?
