A EP is made up of multiple components which when together give you your EP.
If you look on Marketplace under SAP NETWEAVER => SAP EHP1 FOR SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 => Entry by Component => Enterprise Portal you will be able to correlate from you screen shot all the components that make up your EP. You can also find information about your EP from within your SolMan.
Looking at your screen shot you are on Netweaver 7.0 - EHP1 - SP05.
You can decode it as follows, taking EPBC (PORTAL CORE SERVICES) as an example:
7.01 SP5 (1000.7.01.5.6.201111229111706)
7.01 = Netweaver 7.0 EHP1
5 = Support Package 05
6 = Patch Level 6
