Before you create the assessments, did you gather all requirements? Like:
1) What are the sender / receiver relationships of the assessments? Sender cost senders, sender cost elements, receiver cost senders etc
2) How will you do the assessment? i.e. percentage based vs skf based vs potions
3) What portion / percentage the receivers will get?
4) The timing and sequence of the assessments.
Once you figure that out, you need to
1) Create Assessment cost elements to carry the amounts from sender to recevier
2) Create Assessment cycle / segments
