This seems to be the error here, which explains the "request forbidden" error. You need to supply a user/password in the destination, which is allowed to execute the XOdata Service on the backend HANA system.
For the "Bad Service" error returned from the backend, you can also activate the "Payload Trace" in the Cloud Connector, and then you can see the full HTTP request including headers that is sent to the HANA system. Perhaps a typo in the URL? The logs of the HANA system should also give some hints as to why the backend doesn't like the request.
