AP Invoice is created in foreign currency, payment is being made in another foreign currency

Hello,

Would anyone here know the best way to handle the above scenario wherein the company is being billed at one foreign currency, say USD, and then payment should be made in another foreign currency, EURO (local currency being PHP)?
