SAP LVM - passing a parameter via HTTP custom provider

Hello Experts,

We are currently configuring SAP LVM custom hooks via HTTP custom providers, just want to know on how to pass parameters such as system instance IDs to the HTTP POST.

If possible, can you also provide steps on how to implement this
