Hi Sagar,
Based on your direction I have checked the Categorization Schema on WUI, by changing the Parameter tab CRM User to IC_Manager.
After viewing the schema I found that the Category ID is having an automatically generated name e.g. CA_889 instead of the 'Code' value of the respective Code Group.
When changing that to the same I was able to get the Categories to display on WUI.
It also updated the Category tables and mapped everything just fine, this was not a technical issue, it was an issue with Configuration of the mapping schema.
